Doll Whit Teeth Whitening Strips Review

Doll White Review Doll White Whitening StripsAt-home teeth whitening has become a bit of a craze in recent years, and I’ve always been intrigued by the teeth whitening kits reviews I’ve read on other blogs. Whiter teeth at a fraction of the cost of a professional job? Err, YES PLEASE. I was recently contacted by Doll White, whose teeth whitening strips I’d seen all over social media for a few months now. They offered me a 7 day trial of their at-home kit, and of course I jumped at the chance. My teeth aren’t a bad colour to begin with, but I felt that they could definitely do with lightening a shade or two. As my top 4 teeth are porcelain veneers, I know that professional whitening isn’t a good idea for me as my natural teeth would end up a vastly different colour to my veneers, so I was looking forward to seeing how whitening strips would turn out.

The Doll White strips come individually packaged in 7 sachets. They contain one strip for your top row of teeth and one for your bottom row. These peel off easily and then you mould them around the natural shape of your teeth and leave for 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure if this would be uncomfortable or not, but they’re a very thin film and so aren’t cumbersome at all. You can still talk and go about your business as normal for the half hour (obviously not eating or drinking though). The solution is within the strips, and this just tastes nice and minty, so they’re actually quite pleasant to have in.

After 30 minutes, you peel the whitening strips off and throw these away. I found that I was left with a lot of solution – which just felt like a kind of gel substance –  on my teeth, so I also had to rinse my mouth to get rid of the residue. In other teeth whitening strip reviews, I’ve read that some people are left with really sensitive teeth for a while after using them. Thankfully, I didn’t find this at all over the week that I used the Doll White strips. I think this is because they don’t contain ANY peroxide, which is obviously good news for keeping your teeth healthy and undamaged.

So, what about the results? I honestly did notice a difference in the colour of my natural teeth. It was quite a subtle change and so not something that I think other people would notice, but I think if I had one of the 14 or 28 day packs then the results would be a lot more obvious. The Doll White 14 Day Teeth Whitening Strips start at only £18.99, so it’s definitely not breaking the bank to give them a try. I’m definitely tempted to buy a set to continue seeing great results.

Have any of you tried Doll White, or any other teeth whitening strips? Let me know in the comments!

I really want to give this a go as it sounds much nicer than the whole inject gel into a mouth guard situ and then proceed to swallow it all! Plus I drink so much tea and coffee it makes me paranoid about them yellowing xx

Yessss that doesn’t sound too appealing haha! I’ve cut down to one tea a day (from about seventeen) so I’m hoping that will help too 🙂 xx
